1. All entrants must be UK residents and be aged 18 or over.
2. Employees of Hozelock Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. All entries must be submitted utilising the online entry form posted on www.hozelock-aquapod.com
4. Closing date for the competition is 30th September 2009. The draw for the winners will be made no more than three working days after the closing date of the competition.
5. Winners will be notified by email that they have won. The winner must respond within two days of any messages sent or Hozelock reserve the right to redraw and choose a new winner.
6. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Competition prize is a 2823 0000 Auto AquaPod 10 kit. We will arrange delivery to any European address.
8. The prize is subject to availability and all competitors (including, without limitation, the winner), also agree and acknowledge that the prize may be altered and/or postponed at short notice and at Hozelock Ltd.'s sole discretion.
9. All entrants (including the winners) agree that in the event that any injury, loss or damage is suffered in connection with the competition or the prize (including the prospect of winning a prize) they will have no complaint whatsoever against Hozelock Ltd. or any associates thereof. Hozelock Ltd. hereby disclaims all liability so far as permitted by law in connection with this competition.
10. By entering the competition, all entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by these and any additional terms set by Hozelock Ltd.
